What is Delta-Neutral?
Delta-neutral means the strategy is designed to perform without needing to predict whether the market will be bullish or bearish. Instead, we create a target range and aim for the market to stay within that range through expiration.
For an iron condor credit spread, we want the price to stay between the two SELL strikes, one on the call side and one on the put side. In this example, we want SPX to close between 7350 and 7440 at market close for max profit.
